Customer Service Representative opening in an order processing department with our client.

Pay Rate:  13/hr

Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of customer service experience, either within a retail store or in a call center environment.

Essential Duties
  • Provide support to internal and external customers including assistance in registering, accessing and navigating through our on-line ordering website.
  • Log incoming/outgoing customer calls in internal database
  • Provide order management support for customers
  • Timely customer follow-up in resolving order discrepancies
  • Process credits and returns
  • Work with distribution to coordinate shipment of material to customers. 
  • High School Degree or Equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience either in a call center or face to face retail environment. 
  • Strong customer-facing skills with a sense of urgency
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to problem solve independently and knows when to escalate a problem to upper management.
