In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers by providing support in registering, accessing and navigating through a retail, online ordering web site.
Pay Rate: 13/hr
Looking for someone with at least 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center or face to face retail
environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm).
- Provide phone support to customers navigating online ordering site.
- Log incoming and outgoing customer calls within database
- Provide order management support for customers, ensuring orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Follow-up with customers to resolve order discrepancies
- Process credits and returns
- Works with distribution to coordinate shipment of material to customers.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call center or face to face retail environment
- Ability to respond to the needs of distributors and customers in a timely manner.
- Solid data entry and computer skills
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Flexibility to work department hours of operation. (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
