Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our manufacturing client for a Customer Service Representative. Work onsite in Worcester, MA area (manufacturing site environment)
In this role you will answer phone calls and provide basic product information and order status to customers and sales representative. You will also enter orders and process orders for credit, manufacturing and transportation, and purchasing departments.

In this role you will answer phone calls and provide basic product information and order status to customers and sales representative. You will also enter orders and process orders for credit, manufacturing and transportation, and purchasing departments.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries via phone
- Communicate order information to sales, service, credit and transportation departments
- Provide basic product information to customers
- Issue pick-ups and returns.
- Review and verify order submittal criteria.
- Enter orders and process orders to credit, manufacturing and transportation.
- Coordinate order expediting and revisions if required
- Process approved sales samples.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Experience with Lotus Notes, AS400, or similar ERP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work at manufacturing site and adhere to safety equipment policies
- Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
