Customer Support Representatives

Opening with our client for a Customer Support Representative.
This position is contract to start, with possibility of leading to a direct hire role
Pay Rate: 14-16/hr
3 Shifts Available: 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm and 10 am to 6 pm.

In this role, you will receive incoming data-related requests from internal and external customers via phone, email and fax and will respond in a timely and efficient manner while providing superior customer service.
- Answer and evaluate incoming requests
- Log incoming calls and archive faxes, emails, and other documentation
- Research, resolve, and provide follow-up for basic and routine issues
- Escalate more complex problems issues to next level of support
- Perform data file edits to correct errors within established guidelines
- Attend ongoing training to achieve personal, professional, and technical improvement
Requirements and Experience
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual capabilities (French or Spanish) a plus.
- Prior experience in inbound and outbound customer service
- Good documentation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issue through to resolution
