Job Description
Direct hire opening with our client for an Ecommerce Manager. Must be able to work onsite in Greentree, PA area.
In this role you will manage and oversee the company's online sales channels, including website, marketplace, and social media platforms. You will develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability, manage the e-commerce team for the pick, pack, and ship portion of orders, and ensure that customer satisfaction is always maintained.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Oversee the company's online sales channels, including website, marketplace, and social media platforms.
- Manage day to day activities of the e-commerce team; ensure team members meet targets and deadlines.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs in order to make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on all online platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Keep current on latest e-commerce trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce manager or similar role managing e-commerce sites
- Experience managing a team and ensuring that team members are meeting their targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques (i.e. SEO, PPC, and social media marketing)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento knowledge a plus); Experience with online marketplaces
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to identify, define, and prioritize key e-commerce issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
