Job Description
Direct hire opening with our client for an Electrical Engineer. Work is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA area.
Essential Functions
Electrical Engineer - 26092
Essential Functions
- Design and implement electrical systems for commercial, utility, educational, hospitality, and healthcare facilities.
- Develop design documents for power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm, and telecommunications projects
- Review electrical engineering plans, specifications and reports
- Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment
- Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with clients and contractors as well as attend project meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
- EIT Certificate and/or PE License a plus
- Understanding of electrical engineering safety standards
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Revit knowledge
- Ability to perform field surveys
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
