Job Description
Oxford Solutions has a direct hire opportunity available with our client for an Electronic Technician. Looking for someone with 10 or more years of experience in industrial electrical and electronic maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic, electrical equipment and HMI
- Maintain operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment
- Program and/or troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 issues of the production line
- Lead and participate in maintenance improvement activitiesÂ
- Evaluate new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware
- Accurately document work activity
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree in Electronics
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance
- PLC codes (AB and/or Siemens) knowledge
- AC/DC motor theory and VFD knowledge (Allen Bradley/Siemens and/or ABB)
- AC/DC Low voltage control circuit troubleshooting
- SAP knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Applications
- Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Superior problem solving, leadership and decision making skills
