Oxford Solutions has an opening with our legal client for an Entry Level Data Support Specialist. HYBRID SCHEDULE IN WHEELING, WV AREA.
Looking for an entry level candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and great Microsoft Excel skills or someone working towards a bachelor's degree looking to gain on the job experience.
In this role you will ensure data quality is maintained through documenting entry requirements, review, reporting and management processes. You will be responsible for maintaining sales, communication and marketing system data integrity for the law firm.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, research, verification and cleansing
- Process data changes in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain lawyer assignments info in system
- Design, run and distribute reports
- Assist with the creation, updates and maintenance of mailing lists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or currently working to fulfill requirements to receive bachelor’s degree
- Entry level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-service focused team environment.
