Entry Level Interior Space Planner

Job Description
ENTRY LEVEL INTERIOR SPACE PLANNING OPENING. MUST HAVE REVIT EXPERIENCE. HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE IN PITTSBURGH, PA.
In this role you will develop store block, architecture, fixture and merchandise floor plans using Revit software for retail store layout plans.
Responsibilities
- Adapt current design and layout standards to proposed building sites
- Work with architects and vendors to create construction documents
- Create preliminary and final architecture and fixture floor plans for basic new store projects.
- Collaborate with Store Environment team to coordinate graphic installation plan (GIP) for a successful store project execution.
- Perform merchandise fixture takeoffs for Purchasing using Revit software.
- Utilize the Store Planning database to record site specific store data.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
- Entry level experience
- Revit experience required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
