Job Description
Seeking an Estimator for an opening with a client.
In this role, you will focus on pre-construction estimating for residential construction projects.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- 1 to 3 years of related construction / estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of building materials (door, windows, drywall) used in new home construction
- Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints
- Ability to understand architectural lingo
- Excellent math ability
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
