Job Description
Direct hire opening with client for a Field Service Technician. Must be open to domestic to customer sites 50-75% of the time. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with capital equipment installation, startup, and service.

Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting of control components (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley)
- Repair or replace machine components
- Installation and commissioning of new customer machines
- Provide remote support for customers
- Work with customers to address technical questions, service and parts.
- Work on internal projects such as machine rebuilds and laboratory trials
- Work with engineers to develop machine corrections and repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience with capital equipment installation, startup, and service preferred
- Understanding of Hydraulics and machine controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Domestic travel 50-75% to customer sites
