Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Global Project Support Coordinator with a focus on supply chain initiatives. Remote/work from home for someone located on east coast of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or a related area along with global supply chain experience.
In this role you will be responsible for project management support across strategic, operational, and tactical levels to maintain supply chain continuity.

In this role you will be responsible for project management support across strategic, operational, and tactical levels to maintain supply chain continuity.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute supply continuity through detailed strategies
- Support planning, monitoring and execution of supply strategies through data analysis
- Analyze, interpret, and organize complex sets of data to issue reports and presentations supporting decision making, project prioritization and communication of supply strategies to senior/executive leadership.
- Provide strategic and operational reports to track performance to plan (timeline and budget) and to provide visibility to potential issues.
- Serve as escalation point for the resolution of supply chain issues
- Provide support to other rebranding projects and change initiatives within the organization as required
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline
- Global supply chain experience with a proven record of achievements
- Experience with regulatory, market quality, and/or external supply
- Advanced computer skills, MS Office and enterprise systems such as SAP, Trackwise, Documentum platforms
- Leadership experience
- Able to work in diverse multi-level, cross-divisional and multi-cultural working environment
- Strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work, to act and work independently and to report risks
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems dynamically
