Our client is in need of a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to assist with HR functions and administrative duties for the office.

Pay Rate: 14-16/hr
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR office including serving as first point of contact for employees visiting the HR department
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including data entry, copying and filing of employee records
  • Coordinate HR functions (welcoming candidates for interviews, setting up interview room, setting up room for employee orientations and training) 
  • Assist in preparation of new hire, benefits and temporary staff packets 
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years work experience in an administrative support role (human resources department preferred) 
  • Excellent computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Solid interpersonal skills
