Job Description

Direct hire opportunity available for an HRIS Analyst with our client. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN BUTLER, PA AREA.

As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining HR Information System (HRIS), primarily using Workday. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HR systems to support evolving workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Workday HRIS, including data integrity, configuration updates, and system optimizations.
  • Provide support to HR and other business users, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering system training as needed.
  • Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements to streamline workflows.
  • Manage data interfaces between Workday and other HR-related systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay current with HR regulations and industry best practices, ensuring HRIS compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  •  Assist in the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Participate in HRIS-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards in Workday.
  • Experience with data integration and interface management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
