In this HRIS role, you are responsible for system configuration, data entry and testing of the HRMS application.
You will serve as the “subject matter expert” from a system functionality perspective for general human resources, benefits, manager self-service and compensation.
You will work closely with the IT Systems Analyst to create functional requirements representative of the initial business requirements and participate in all development efforts to ensure the requirements are being delivered with the end solution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field
- Solid knowledge of HRIS and HRMS systems management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
