Opening with our client for a Help Desk Support Engineer.

This is temporary to possible direct hire opportunity.
Pay Rate:
35-37/hr

Essential Duties
  • First line of Support for User issues
  • Onboarding of new hires 
  • Manage inventory of Users and Hardware
  • Managing daily Tickets
  • Assist users with printing, password and application issues
  • Troubleshooting Remote Users issues via DameWare or Skype
  • Distribution of daily Mainframe reports
  • Desktop Image creation and testing
  • Hardware configuration of Desktops and Laptops
  • Maintaining the 3 MDT Deployment shares and Images
  • Documenting procedures and troubleshooting tips
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area
  • 3-4 year technical help desk experience
  • Knowledge of desktop technology, understanding of networks and being an excellent service provider.
  • Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager - SCCM
  • Active directory knowledge
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow help desk ticketing system
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
