Pay Rate: 15-16/hr
Must be open to working all shifts!! Including evenings, nights and weekends!!
- Provides first level IT support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of service tickets.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Associate Degree preferred
- Experience working with help desk ticketing systems preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
- Customer service orientation
- Good communication skills
