Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Level I Help Desk Support Specialist.
In this role, the Level I Help Desk Analyst will provide first level technical troubleshooting and problem resolution by answering high volume service requests calls and documenting calls into ServiceNow ticketing system. The Help Desk Analyst will help to resolve customer issue, escalating issues to Level 2 service status as required.
Level I Help Desk Analyst - 25955
In this role, the Level I Help Desk Analyst will provide first level technical troubleshooting and problem resolution by answering high volume service requests calls and documenting calls into ServiceNow ticketing system. The Help Desk Analyst will help to resolve customer issue, escalating issues to Level 2 service status as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Inbound service call experience; Experience with high volume support calls
- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including:
- Outlook
- HP Server
- Laptop and Desktop hardware
- ServiceNOW
- Active Directory
- Windows XP-10
- Windows Server 2012
- remote control technologies
- SCO Unix
- Aruba wired and wireless networks
- Avaya PBX/IP Telephony
- Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
- HDI and/or ITIL certification preferred
