Looking for an HR Administrative Assistant for an opening with our client in downtown, Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Rate:  15/hr

This role will assist with a variety of front line HR administrative duties including:

  • Interacts with clients via telephone, email or web system for intake of client inquiries and requests.
  • Compiling and arranging data, making documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
  • Resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employee within and outside the organization. 


Requirements, Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • 0 to 3 years professional work experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes
  • Solid attention to detail (ability to file and alphabetize)
  • Ability to lift and shelve 40 pound boxes 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
