Pay Rate: 24/hr
- Assist with new hire onboarding process:
- Track candidates through pre-employment screening (drug screen, background check including MVR, and medical clearance).
- Provide status updates to all stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers)
- Process all employment status changes for new hires and existing employees (promotions, transfers, supervisor/organization/cost center changes, terminations).
- Process weekly/bi-weekly US payrolls
- Manage people record information (new hire updates; accrual balance information; employee transfers/LOA status’, etc.).
- Accountability for the administration of all random drug screen paperwork and follow up
- 2-4 years of HR support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills with ability to catch on quickly
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Kronos Time Management System proficiency
- High attention to detail; Ability to prioritize tasks
