HR Coordinator opening with our financial services client.

Pay Rate:  25/hr

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active team player looking to gain HR experience through a support role. Looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience providing administrative support in an HR or recruiting work environment.

The Human Resources Coordinator will support a team of HR Recruiters.

Duties will include:
  • recruiting support
  • interview scheduling
  • schedule drug screens
  • offer letters
  • onboarding new employees

Requirements, Experience and Skills
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree or some related college coursework
  • 1-3 years' experience in a professional office setting supporting HR and recruiting administrative unctions
  • Accountability and accuracy
  • Microsoft Outlook and Word proficiency
  • Comfortable multi-tasking; Task oriented
  • Great organizational skills
  • HR experience with (ATS) applicant tracking systems (i.e. Peoplesoft a plus)
