Job Description
New direct hire opportunity for an IT Security and Controls Lead. Work from home or hybrid schedule for someone located to greater Pittsburgh, PA or Cranberry, PA area.
IT Security and Controls Lead - 26518
Overview of Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the IT security and controls strategy.
- Assess and identify security risks and vulnerabilities in IT systems and applications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the design and implementation of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application design and development.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents and breaches, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Provide guidance and training to IT staff on security best practices.
- Manage security audits, assessments, and third-party reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and security technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of IT experience, with a significant focus on IT security and controls.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC and application security design.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Must be able to travel as required
