Direct hire opportunity for an Insurance Sales Representative.
COMMISSION BASED PLUS BONUS INVENTIVES.
In this role you will be travelling around the greater Philadelphia area and promoting and selling various insurance offerings to individuals and businesses including: Retirement plans, Life insurance, Long term disability, Long term care, Roth IRA's etc. Your goal will be to generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a large network of friends and family along with strong community ties in order to expand network and build relationships in order to close deals.

Essential Functions
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an insurance sales or other sales experience preferred
- Solid prospecting skills with ability to network with individuals and businesses.
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Must have reliable transportation
