Job Description
Opening with our industrial client for an Inventory / Shipping Clerk. (Multiple openings available for shipping and inventory clerks).
Inventory duties include:

Inventory / Shipping Clerk - 25850
Inventory duties include:
- Cross functional primary point of contact for Receiving, Planning, Production, and Shipping
- Support Material movement in ERP systems
- Perform inventory scans and transfers
- Serve as resource to production supervisor
- Solve problems using standard procedures
- Create shipments for standard order and expedited/rush shipments
- Investigation of customer shipping discrepancies, resolution, and corrective actions.
- Pulling shipping documents for evidence in audit and issue resolution
- Communication with carriers, forwarders, 3rd parties, to resolve issues
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Prior experience in shipping, data entry or inventory clerk role
- Experience utilizing ERP/MRP Software systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with fast-paced environment
- Experience Creating shipping documents, Bill of ladings, invoices, tender and post shipments.
