Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our industrial manufacturing client for a Learning and Development Analyst. Must be within 50 miles of Huntsville, AL in order to work onsite or a hybrid schedule.Â
In this role you will work with end customer and various stakeholders to provide excellent customer service through learning and development support. You will support the company’s LMS (Workday/Evolve) and support retention of accurate training records for various locations.

In this role you will work with end customer and various stakeholders to provide excellent customer service through learning and development support. You will support the company’s LMS (Workday/Evolve) and support retention of accurate training records for various locations.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Create learning and development content that meets compliance standards and company goals.
- Support training objectives of Aerospace Learning, company sites, and employees as requested.
- Create monthly regulatory trainings for each site location.
- Work with SME to obtain material and gain understanding of training material.
- Determine Format, build courses, deliver course to specific sites
- Create/manage employee groups based on training requirement.
- Launch/ Monitor assignment progress per requirement.
- Assist sites in creating programs of training items to meet needs (i.e. new hire onboarding, qualifications, job skills programs)

- Bachelor's Degree
- Instructional design skills
- Knowledge of Course authoring tools (Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, Articulate)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note)
- Ability to create a range of documentation using Microsoft Office products.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to visually communicate ideas and information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts to an audience in appropriate terms.
- Ability to lead and effectively participate in team projects.
- Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving problems.
