Contract to hire opening with our client for a Level I Support Technician.

This is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to use and further advance their IT and technical skills while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Pay Rate: 15-16/hr

In this role, you will provide remote support and will respond to incoming help desk tickets mainly to evaluate issues with mobile tablets such as:

  • New tablet setup
  • Issues with downloading content
  • Apps were purchased but not downloaded
  • Power issues or tablet running slow


  • Associate Degree in technical field
  • Entry level work experience
  • Solid technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate and ask questions in order to resolve issues remotely
  • Ability to follow technical instructions
  • Ability to manage and document help desk tickets
