Loss Prevention Coordinator

Job Description
Contract to hire opening with our client for a Loss Prevention Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a background in ticket resolution, IT, software/system administration, or planning and design of Physical Security Systems.
Duties will include:
- Track progress for all new store installations and service follow up
- Utilize applicable software, web interfaces, and/or applications to monitor and update work order status; help maintain user access for applicable systems
- Regularly update and maintain systems and files to reflect current physical security and alignment attributes
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute reporting related to service status, usage, and productivity
- Assist in new store system validation and training coordination
- Track loss prevention assets subject to removal and recovery and manage system shut down and maintenance agreement terminations for closing/relocating locations
- Assist in the collecting and reporting of loss prevention data & statistics on standard intervals and as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background in ticket resolution, IT, software/system administration, or planning and design of Physical Security Systems.
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking with good problem solving skills
