Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance
• Interpret and understand complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) to maintain automated systems.
• Work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on various equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to provide technical support and recommendations for equipment improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or 4 to 5 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting PLC systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70 standards for electrical safety.
• Hands-on experience with live and low/high voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
