- Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance
- Interpret and understand complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) to maintain automated systems.
- Work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on various equipment and machinery.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to provide technical support and recommendations for equipment improvements.
- Technical Degree or 4 to 5 years of related maintenance experience
- Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting PLC systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70 standards for electrical safety.
- Hands-on experience with live and low/high voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
