As a Manufacturing Tooling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the tooling staff, ensuring efficient operations in the tooling department, and providing essential support for new program development. Overview of Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervisor the tooling team
• Oversee all aspects of tooling operations, including tool design, maintenance, and repair, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Plan daily work and assign and schedule resources according to facility production needs
  Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support the development of tooling for new programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Interpret and understand engineering blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to facilitate accurate tooling development and modifications.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices, fostering a culture of safety within the tooling department.
• Ensure that all tooling meets quality standards and specifications
• Manage tooling inventory, budgets, and procurement, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance tooling operations and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing tooling environment.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
