Job Description
2ND SHIFT. Oxford Solutions has an opportunity with our client for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst.
Looking for someone interested in growing from a technical support role to a Systems Analyst role.
Must be able to support 2nd shift which is Wednesday thru Saturday, 11 am to 9 pm.
Essential Functions
2nd SHIFT - Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst - 26370
Looking for someone interested in growing from a technical support role to a Systems Analyst role.
Must be able to support 2nd shift which is Wednesday thru Saturday, 11 am to 9 pm.
Essential Functions
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Windows Server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, network connectivity, backups and restore
- Administration and configuration of Exchange 2010/2013/2016
- Administration and migration of Office 365 and Azure
- Maintain documentation of client networks and systems.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in IT related area
- 5+ years help desk or technical support experience
- Experience supporting & managing enterprise network & systems infrastructures
- Experience with the following: Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco, Palo Alto, Ruckus, SonicWall, etc.
- Experience with Azure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple clients
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong customer service orientation
