Office 365 Support Technician

We have a short-term contract opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist with prior experience providing direct support to employees using Microsoft Office 365.
Pay Rate: 18-25/hr
In this role you will provide clear, concise IT support to end users and executive staff in a professional, courteous manner
You will respond via phone and sometimes in person to corporate employees with questions related to Office 365 functionality and usage (how to questions, troubleshooting, incidents, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years proven IT technical support experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Customer-service focused with clear communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
