Job Description
Hybrid work schedule in Pittsburgh, PA (Coraopolis area). Opening with our retail client for an Omni Channel Pricing Specialist.
The Omni Channel Pricing Specialist is the go to teammate and subject matter expert for all permanent and promotional pricing.
Essential Functions
The Omni Channel Pricing Specialist is the go to teammate and subject matter expert for all permanent and promotional pricing.
Essential Functions
- Analyze promotions and prices for compliance to defined pricing standards; proactively resolve any issues discovered with merchants, price strategy, eCommerce.
- Build alignment and approval with merchandising leadership on price and promotional changes
- Council and train merchant partners on best practices to ensure execution of merchant vision
- Monitor and promptly respond to any reported issues
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and identify solutions to quickly resolve issues
- Coordinate, build, test, and execute complex promotions in eCommerce tool sets
- Execute and maintain configurations and settings in price change tools
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook and basic Excel skills)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
