Order Entry Specialist opening with our client within a purchasing and supply chain department.

Pay Rate:  15/hr

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders on a daily basis through the entire fulfillment process; from initial placement to delivery tracking and expediting
  • Data entry of customer order into order processing system
  • Communicate with vendor to expedite orders and resolve issues
  • Maintain records of orders, prices and related data 
  • Assist with front reception and administrative duties when needed

Requirements

  • Order fulfillment and purchasing experience
  • Experience expediting orders through vendors and communicating with vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software systems and processes
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team work and ability to collaborate with others
