You will lead the development, implementation, and management of PLC control systems and PC-based SCADA systems. We are looking for an individual with extensive programming experience, a strong background in project management, and a passion for solving complex automation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC control systems for industrial processes.
• Design and implement PC-based SCADA systems for data acquisition and control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Lead and supervise junior engineers and technicians on projects.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and programming to commissioning and maintenance.
• Conduct system testing and ensure the systems meet performance and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in programming PLC control systems.
• Strong expertise in PC-based SCADA system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
• Experience in project management and team supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
