PLC Programming Engineer

Job Description
You will lead the development, implementation, and management of PLC control systems and PC-based SCADA systems. We are looking for an individual with extensive programming experience, a strong background in project management, and a passion for solving complex automation challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC control systems for industrial processes.
- Design and implement PC-based SCADA systems for data acquisition and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Lead and supervise junior engineers and technicians on projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and programming to commissioning and maintenance.
- Conduct system testing and ensure the systems meet performance and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in programming PLC control systems.
- Strong expertise in PC-based SCADA system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
- Experience in project management and team supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
