Opening with our manufacturing client for a Plant Administrator.

Pay Rate: 16/hr

In this role, you will work directly under the plant manager and perform a variety of administrative task to keep operations running smoothly.

Looking for an experienced assistant who can take the lead, multi-task and interface with all levels of the company.

Essential Functions

  • Arrange lunches, reserve conference rooms and set up for customer visits to facility.
  • Administer uniforms, personal lockers and parking assignments for employees.
  • Perform data entry 
  • Coordinate cell phones for facility.
  • Running clearance/approvals for Foreign Visitors
  • Update posting and communications on plant message boards.
  • Manage bereavement and new baby announcements

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or 8 -10 years equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments  with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint)
