Direct hire opportunity available with our client for a Process Engineer.
As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards for piping and steel industrial products. We are looking for an individual with a strong educational background and extensive industry experience who can contribute to our continued growth and success.
- Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance production capabilities and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent process deviations.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to production teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Material Science.
- Higher Education (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pipe and steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to steel and pipe production.
- Proficiency in process optimization and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
