As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards for piping and steel industrial products. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and implement new processes to enhance production capabilities and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent process deviations.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Material Science.
• Higher Education (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pipe and steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to steel and pipe production.
• Proficiency in process optimization and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
