Project Coordinator opening with our telecommunications client.
In this Project Coordinator role, you are responsible for providing top notch customer services by insuring the accuracy and timeliness of Customer Purchase Orders entries, monitoring deadlines and resolving discrepancies.
- Enter customer purchase orders received via email, mail, and customer portal into order entry system
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify orders that cannot be processed without additional information, documentation or clarification, flag the order accordingly and communicate all issues to management on a timely basis.
- Create Metadata files for all customer purchase orders.
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years project coordination and/or administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Detailed oriented with problem solving approach
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
- Knowledge/understanding of basic Accounting and Financial principles
