Job Description
Remote in the United States opening for an experienced Project Manager with a focus on a global compensation harmonization system project. This is a 1 year contract term need. Must be able to travel as required to workshops and meetings.
In this role you will provide Project Management oversight for a global HR compensation system project.

In this role you will provide Project Management oversight for a global HR compensation system project.
Essential Functions
- Gain understanding of project objectives, status, structure, and approximate timelines
- Build relationships with key project stakeholders
- Manage project plan, timelines and key deliverables
- Schedule and coordinate development of presentation materials, provide meeting minutes where needed,
- Monitor project risk areas and coordinate mitigation efforts
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Assist with coordinating project execution through multiple project managers
- Track project and related governance decisions and approvals
- Track change management strategy and timeline
- Budget and project cost tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration or related area
- 5 to 10 years of proven project management experience (including prior HR systems project management)
- Basic understanding of compensation design principles highly preferred
- Strong diving deep, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strengths in facilitation and presentation
- Results driven with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to travel to attend workshops and meetings as required
