Opening with our healthcare client for a Configuration and Quality Assurance Specialist.

This is a temporary to possible permanent, direct hire opportunity.
Pay Rate:
26/hr

In this QA role, you will work on configuration and software quality assurance for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other implementation projects.

Essential Functions 
  • Configure LMS and registry implementation projects. (including customization based on product type, configuration and population of client’s participant population, creation of custom assessment forms and population calculations, and custom workflows)
  • Create custom reports based on client requirements using an ad hoc SQL report writing tool (Logi).
  • Manipulate output in Excel pivot tables.
  • Execute test plans; Verify all test results 
  • Update test plans after execution; Assist in updating internal documentation system.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the business analysts in regards to existing platform functionality 
  • Provide level 2 support to clients and the customer service team to assist with the configuration of the platform and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with Business Analysts to create and maintain client training documentation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field
  • 1 to 5 year of experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, requirements management and software customer support      
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)   
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on large data sets preferred
  • Experience defining and designing metrics and dashboards preferred
  • Experience managing projects through tasking and resource allocation preferred
  • Experience with Logi or comparable ad hoc SQL report writing tool a plus. 
  • SQL and/or HTML exposure
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts to co-workers, end users and clients via email, phone, online resources and online conferencing.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills; Ability to take ownership of projects
