As an RF Engineer you are responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing RF systems and components. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and analysis of RF components, circuits, and systems to evaluate performance and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize RF systems for various applications.
• Diagnose and resolve RF-related issues, including interference and signal quality problems.
• Utilize RF measurement equipment and software tools to collect and analyze data.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation of RF testing procedures and results.
• Ensure that RF systems and components meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging RF technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvements and innovations.

Qualifications and Background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an RF testing and analysis environment.
• Strong knowledge of RF principles, including signal propagation, antenna theory, and modulation techniques.
• Familiar with RF testing and RF analysis
• Experience with software development including proficiency in scripting and/or programming preferably MATLAB
• Working knowledge of software to design and build (Solidworks)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving RF-related challenges.
