As a Senior Digital Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing complex digital and analog circuits for advanced communication systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Lead the design and development of advanced digital and analog circuits for communication systems, including system architecture, specification, schematic capture, layout, and verification.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, and system architects to ensure seamless integration of your designs into the overall system.
- Perform thorough simulation, modeling, and analysis to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of your designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements, and proactively integrate them into your design processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions that optimize product performance and robustness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in digital and analog circuit design.
- Previous experience in the communication technology industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex design projects from concept to production, meeting stringent deadlines and quality standards.
- Solid understanding of signal integrity, timing analysis, and power management techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
