Overview of Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analyses, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and margins.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to identify risks and opportunities.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of operational analytics experience with a focus on driving profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
