Full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client for a Senior Help Desk Engineer.

Looking for a candidate with 5 years technical support and networking experience with solid phone as well as on-site, client-facing skills.
 

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Answer inbound service requests from clients
  • Provide onsite service when required
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and end user issues
  • Research and troubleshoot issues to find resolutions
  • Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting professional clients via phone and on site.
  • Microsoft-based Server environments, SonicWall products, disk-based and Cloud backup solutions and related network infrastructure including PC’s and mobile devices
  • Microsoft Server OS administration and configuration
  • Networking experience: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS/DDNS
  • Microsoft Exchange administration with migration and upgrade experience
  • LAN/WAN (VPN, VLan, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Microsoft Certifications a plus
