Opening with our industrial client for a senior level Help Desk Support Specialist.

Our client is looking for a technical support specialist with at least 3 years of experience providing support for Wonderware industrial automation software.

Essential Functions

  • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other remote mediums 
  • Research cases, run tests, and interface with Wonderware Technical Support for Tier Two escalation 
  • Interact with Level 1 phone support and offer assistance as applicable 
  • Document all customer interactions in call tracking database 
  • Write tech notes and enhancing other documentation 
  • Maintain current Wonderware technical certifications 


  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3+ years technical support experience working with Wonderware industrial automation software
  • Microsoft product certification
  • Certified support provider certifications on Wonderware core software:
    • InTouch 
    • Application Server 
    • Historian 
    • DAServers
  • Self motivated team player
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
