As a Senior Learning Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting multi-channel learning experiences that align with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead the full learning design process, utilizing established models like ADDIE, to analyze, design, develop, and implement cutting-edge learning solutions and curricula.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to conduct needs analyses, defining performance standards, current gaps, success metrics, and requirements.
- Devise imaginative learning solutions encompassing eLearning, classroom sessions, virtual classes, blended learning, and more.
- Monitor and assess learning intervention effectiveness, tracking outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide performance consultation, offering both learning and non-learning solution recommendations to clients.
- Partner with third-party vendors as needed, ensuring learning modules meet standards and objectives.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and achieving project objectives.
- Foster collaboration with corporate, regional, and store-level stakeholders, working alongside HR team members to achieve shared project goals.
- Mentor Talent Development team members on instructional design processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to effectively navigate complex projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient planning and organizing abilities to manage projects and tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions and client consultation, fostering strong working relationships.
- Independent and self-directed, capable of managing tasks and time autonomously.
- Knowledge of course authoring tools (Lectora, Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
