Job Description

This Site Quality Manager role will focus on Quality and Business Management Systems. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with AS9100, commercial and military aerospace quality and engineering specifications, AS9145, FAA part 21 and 145.

Site Quality Manager - 26513
This Site Quality Manager role will focus on Quality and Business Management Systems. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with AS9100, commercial and military aerospace quality and engineering specifications, AS9145, FAA part 21 and 145.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the development and implementation of quality strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the deployment of Business Management Systems (BMS) across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, commercial and military aerospace quality and engineering specifications, AS9145, FAA part 21, and 145 regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Maintain documentation related to quality processes, audits, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and customer audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, engineering or related area
- Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in deploying Business Management Systems (BMS) across an organization.
- 3+ years of experience working with AS9100, commercial and military aerospace quality and engineering specifications, AS9145, FAA part 21, and 145.
- Experience and training in Lean and its application within a business management context
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- SAE AS9100D;2016 Lead Auditor certified or equivalent quality systems certification
