Looking for someone with active TS clearance and at least 4 years of software development experience in C/C++

Looking for someone with active TS clearance and at least 4 years of software development experience in C/C++
Responsibilities
- Software design, development, integration and support activities
- Actively participate in software development
- Complete development tasks within agreed timebox
- Analyze and resolve software issues
- Collaboratively design and architect features, refactor as necessary and write elegant and performant code
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of software development experience in C/C++
- Must be capable of obtaining and holding a U.S. government security clearance
- Must hold an active TS (Top Secret) Clearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- JAVA and Web based UI development
- Python/Shell
- source control systems (e.g. GIT)
- web development viz. HTML/Javascript/JQuery/node.js
- Multi-threaded application development
- networking protocols, messaging libraries, socket programming
- agile development methodology
