Work from home in Pittsburgh, PA. Contract opening with our engineering client for a Talent Sourcer. Looking for someone with experience sourcing for customer service, customer support, manufacturing, engineering and sales roles.

Essential Duties
- Work with recruiters and hiring manager to determine position requirements
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques
- Evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Manage candidate database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related area
- 1+ year if sourcing experience in customer service, customer support, manufacturing, engineering and sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
