Oxford Solutions, a professional staffing agency serving the Pittsburgh area as well as national clients is accepting applications for a Recruiting Support Internship for our office located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE.
Open to 20 to 40 hours per week - depending on your schedule. Must be able to commute to and work onsite at our office in the North Hills.
The ideal candidate will be a college senior working towards a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
If you are interested in gaining experience and improving your skills in the areas of communication, negotiating, and influencing and learning about the full lifecycle recruiting process, this may be the internship for you!
You should also be interested in working in a fast paced, sales and goal-oriented environment.
As a Recruiting Support Intern, you will be involved with:
- sourcing of candidates, learning to review resumes and match great candidates to open jobs
- building pipeline of candidates
- learning to navigate an ATS (applicant tracking system)
- pre-screening candidates
- interacting with internal account and sales executives
- learning to talk with candidates about job openings and negotiating pay rates
