This is an entry-level opportunity for a candidate with a supply chain or buyer background with a least 1 year of purchasing and customer service experience along with solid Excel skills.
Temp to Hire Opportunity!
Pay Rate: 20/hr
- Processing customer orders and placing and authorizing supplier purchase orders
- Expediting orders, tracking deliveries, resolving shipping errors and maintaining accurate records
- Interacts with all Supply Chain disciplines including vendor order placement, customer cost savings initiatives, problem resolution and delivery performance for a unlimited range of products and services.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Entry level to 3 years of purchasing and customer service experience
- Knowledge of purchasing and inventory concepts, practices, and procedures
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong PC skills
